Refund Policy
This policy explains refund terms for Ehbdha subscriptions (Pro and Premium).
Eligibility
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
- Subscription benefits must not have been used (no games played using subscription features) during that period.
- No refunds are available after 7 days or if subscription benefits have been used.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@ehbdha.fun including:
- The email address associated with your account
- The reason for your refund request
Processing Time
- Refund requests are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
- The refund is returned to the original payment method.
Cancellation vs Refund
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation alone does not trigger an automatic refund.
Exceptions
- No refunds after 7 days from the purchase date.
- No refunds if subscription benefits have been used.
- No prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Payment Processor
Payments are processed by Paddle as the merchant of record. Applicable consumer protection laws apply.
